PDQ Stand" 1-5/8 Model consists of:
Base Unit Assembly - 4 Legs - Extension - Mast Assembly - Post

Material is Nylon 6 with glass added for additional strength.
Minimum Height of 21 inches without extension.* The maximum
Height 36 inches with extension.* The Base is 17 in long, 14 in
wide & 3 in thick & weights 10 lbs.

*With legs set at the normal height of 2 inches  

Base Unit Assembly:
 
Base has a Built in Compass & a 360 degree rotating Azimuth Base with a 14 in diameter Azimuth Ring where each mark is a single degree.  There is a Directional Pointer that creates a Azimuth gauge. It has holders for the dumb bell weights & a Locking Knob.
 
Legs:

Four threaded rods that uses off the shelf 3/4 -10 nylon nuts to secure the legs to the base. With threaded 3/4 inch by 10 turns per inch rods for legs, it is easy to level. There are two nuts, one on each side of the base, that secure the legs to the base. Having threaded rods with adjusting nuts allows for easy elevation adjustment when fine tuning the signal strength. The legs can be removal for more compact storage. 

Extension:

Single Piece with Keyed ends that extends height by 14 inches.   
 

Mast:
 
Has three sections, the bottom section is keyed to base or extension, & has a Elevation gauge. Middle section has the skew/tilt gauge. The Top section is keyed to receive the post with the dish attached. Two stainless steel bolts with handled nuts connect the three sections
 
Post:
1-5/8 inch Outside Diameter Post keyed to top section of the mast. The post is attached to the dish and allows the dish to be keyed to the stand so the Azimuth gauge is created.
